• Account information: email address, display name, and profile details when you register or sign in.
• Photos you upload: selfies and portrait photos you upload to generate AI headshots. These are processed by our AI pipeline and may be temporarily stored on secure servers.
• Payment information: subscription and payment data processed by RevenueCat and the underlying app store platforms (Apple App Store, Google Play). We do not store raw payment card details.
• Support communications: messages, emails, or other communications you send to us.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Device information: device type, operating system, unique device identifiers, IP address, mobile network information, and browser type.
• Usage data: pages or screens viewed, features used, time spent in the app, actions taken, and crash reports.
• Cookies and tracking technologies: we and our third-party partners use cookies, web beacons, pixels, and similar technologies to collect information about your interactions with the Service and our advertising partners.

Uploaded photos: photos you upload to generate AI headshots are retained on our servers for a limited period to allow you to access your generated results. After this period, uploaded source photos are automatically deleted. Generated headshot images may be retained in your account until you delete them or close your account.

Account data: retained for the duration of your account. You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us at hello@rocketdigital.ai.
